MatzApp is a product of Maxoai FZE LLC. This page explains how users can request deletion of their MatzApp account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your MatzApp account in either of the following ways:

Option 1 — Inside the App (Recommended)

If available in your version:

  1. Open MatzApp
  2. Go to Profile / Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your request

Option 2 — By Email

You may also request deletion by emailing:

Please send your request from your registered email address or include sufficient details for us to verify ownership.

What Data Will Be Deleted

🔹 Free Users

For free users, we only store limited account authentication data.
Upon deletion, we will remove:

• Email address
• Authentication credentials
• Account identifiers

No learning progress or usage data is stored on our servers for free users.

🔹 Premium Users

For premium users, we store learning data in the cloud to support progress tracking.
Upon deletion, we will remove:

• Account profile information
• Email address and account identifiers
• Learning progress and activity history
• Saved preferences and settings
• Associated user learning data

What Data May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained temporarily where required for:

• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Fraud prevention and security
• Purchase and transaction recordkeeping
• Limited system backups (short retention period)

All retained data is securely stored and deleted when no longer required.

Deletion Timeframe

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Backup or compliance-related data may remain for a limited period where legally required.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Deleting your MatzApp account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions purchased through:

• Google Play
• Apple App Store

Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the platform used for purchase.

Children’s Accounts

If the account belongs to a child, a parent or legal guardian may request deletion. We may ask for verification before processing.
